Join Christina Graziano and Jen Boulanger for Part II of their beloved Meditative Sound Immersion, now expanded to a full 90-minute journey after guests from the last gathering wished it would never end. This extended experience offers even more time to unwind, release, and recalibrate mind, body, and spirit.
The evening begins with a guided meditation led by Christina, gently weaving intention and imagery to quiet the thinking mind and deepen awareness. As the space settles, Jen layers in the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments, creating waves of sound that move like light through the energy field.
These frequencies travel where words cannot — dissolving tension, clearing emotional residue, and activating the body’s natural pathways for renewal. Many experience this immersion as deeply grounding, heart-opening, and profoundly restful — a sound bath that feels like being wrapped in warmth, clarity, and calm.
