Welcome to the Meditative Drawing Workshop!
Come join us for an evening of relaxation and inner calm at HudCo. This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands and looking for a gentle way to unwind and reconnect. No drawing experience or artistic skills are needed—just bring yourself and an open mind!

Date: Wednesday, October 22, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM to 8:15
Location: HudCo

All materials will be provided, and we’ll also have tea and treats to enjoy as we settle in. During the workshop, you’ll be guided through exercises designed to quiet your mind, release stress, and awaken your creativity. It’s a peaceful, welcoming space to slow down, explore something new, and leave feeling refreshed.

Meditative Drawing is a way of drawing that lets us enjoy all the benefits of the practice without needing to “be good at it”—especially the meditative benefits. In this workshop, we’ll use simple techniques to help the mind shift from the busy surface layers of thought into a deeper meditative state—one that is calmer, more creative, quieter, and by nature, more enjoyable.

This is what a past workshop participant had to say:
“I came in feeling scattered and drained, and left with a deep sense of calm and clarity. I didn’t know drawing could feel like this—so peaceful and freeing.”

Buy your ticket before September 30 and enjoy $5 off with code CALM15.
Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. We can’t wait to see you there!
