Meditation Workshop

In case you missed their August class or would like to have a refresher, the Friends of the Springfield Free Public Library are pleased to welcome back Ms. Risa Greiss and Ms. Jeannette Howard to repeat their Introduction to Meditation at the Springfield Public Library on Monday evening, October 27th, 7-8pm in the Donald B. Palmer Museum. The library is located at 66 Mountain Ave. in Springfield. Ms. Greiss and Ms. Howard are certified Yoga Instructors and Reiki practitioners from “Root to Rise Connect”.Come and learn the techniques and benefits of meditation for your Body, Mind, and Spirit.
