Since we'll be at the farm and around animals, please wear close-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. We'll have bug spray and sunscreen available.

What time should I get there?

Please arrive at 9:45 to sign the releases and get to the area of the farm where the meditation will be held.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

In the event of lightning or a thunderstorm, we will reschedule for a rain date.
