Overview

Please join us for a 60-minute Mindfulness Meditation Journaling Class .

Take an hour just for you in this calming, creativity-nourishing class. We will begin with a 25-minute guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and help you feel centered. Then, we’ll shift into journaling and adult coloring, allowing your thoughts to flow freely on paper while you enjoy the soothing rhythm of coloring beautiful designs.

No experience is needed – this is a space for all skill levels, whether you’re brand new to meditation or a seasoned journaler. We’ll provide a journal, adult coloring sheets, coloring tools, and writing prompts, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorite supplies. Tea will also be provided.

Note: Repeated failure to attend Wells Branch Library programs you are registered for could result in your being blocked from future registration.
