We will not meditate during the session; however, we will describe the methods we teach and classes / services we offer.
The session lasts for approximately 1 hour, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm every Saturday.
You’ll get a clear overview of what Bodhi Meditation is, how it can benefit your physical and mental health, and what kinds of classes and services we offer to support your meditation journey.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to sit or stretch easily. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
Absolutely. There will be time for Q&A and to learn more about our upcoming classes and healing services.
