The Center for Mindful Living is offering guided meditation sessions for current & former federal workers. Take a pause, connect with yourself and others, and find space in the present moment. This offering is part of a series called “Finding peace in turbulent times.” The sessions for current & former federal workers will be held every other Thursday, 7:30-8:30pm ET. Is meditation experience necessary?

No! These sessions are for folks who are new to meditation and for experienced meditators. All are welcome!

What happens during this event?

These events are held on Zoom. Some folks will have their cameras on and others will have their cameras off. It's up to you. Each session will include reflections from the teacher, a guided meditation, and time for attendees to ask questions or share what is present for them. Sharing is optional!

What is the Center for Mindful Living?

The Center for Mindful Living is a community-led organization offering meditation classes and gatherings, mostly online. Drop-in meditation classes are available morning, noon, and evening. Check our calendar for details https://living-mindfully.org/calendar. All are welcome!
