Meditation for Beginners Workshop!

6:00–7:00pm | Social Hour
Arrive early to enjoy food and non-alcoholic drinks, connect with other attendees, and settle into the beautiful space before we begin.


7:00pm | Workshop Begins
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn why we meditate and what it really does for your mind and body
  • Discover the science-backed health benefits
  • Experience a guided meditation and breathwork practice
  • Walk away with simple tools to meditate on your own
  • Have the chance to ask any questions you’ve ever had about meditation


We’ll gather in a peaceful private outdoor space in Miami, the perfect setting to connect with yourself and the local community.
