No prior experience is required. This class is designed to help you learn the fundamentals, practice meditation together, and leave with clear guidance to sustain your own practice.
About Your Meditation Teacher: Susana Villalba
Susana is a Certified Meditation & Ayurveda Teacher and Well-Being Coach through Chopra, a Certified Yoga Teacher through The Heart of Yoga Foundation, and an accredited Level 2 KAP Facilitator. She has over 15 years of meditation experience.
Her journey began with a powerful experience of indescribable inner peace that sparked her lifelong exploration of consciousness. Today, she shares her practice to help others access calm, clarity, and connection to their true selves.
