Begin the workshop with a soothing sound journey by SoundMatter Studio. Let the gentle vibrations and tones of singing bowls and harmonic instruments melt away tension, clear your mind, and prepare you for an afternoon of artistic flow. As the resonant waves wash over you, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where stress softens and creativity opens naturally.

After the sound bath, you’ll move into a relaxed painting session. There will be no chosen subject or instruction to follow—this is about freedom, expression, and allowing inspiration to flow from within. Whether you paint abstract colors, nature scenes, or something entirely unexpected, the process is yours to explore. The sound journey often brings up imagery, emotions, or sensations that can be beautifully translated onto canvas.

Please dress comfortably (clothes you don't mind getting paint on, or bring a change of clothes if needed) and bring anything that will help you relax fully: a yoga mat, blanket, or eye mask. These will help you sink into the sound experience and transition with ease into painting.

All painting supplies will be provided; just bring yourself and your openness to explore.

Important Note: Due to the vibrational nature of the instruments, this workshop is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, as the sound waves may interfere and cause major medical distress!
