Each 2-hour session blends gentle teaching, group reflection, and direct experience of different styles, so you can find what truly supports you. Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this course offers a grounded, heart-centered space to explore presence, healing, and inner balance.

Hello! My name is Aisha Yeni, and I am passionate about teaching and healing. As a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Practitioner and ThetaHealing® Practitioner, I've dedicated my life to helping others find balance and clarity.

Originally hailing from Istanbul, Turkey, I have always felt a spiritual connection within me. However, it wasn't until I reached my forties that I experienced a profound awakening. This transformation followed a challenging period of depression after I was let go from what I considered my "dream job." Since that pivotal moment, I have immersed myself in learning and exploration, discovering experiences beyond my wildest dreams.

I am convinced that every soul has its own unique purpose tailored to the lessons and achievements of each lifetime. Yet, at the core, all souls share a common aim: to fully experience life on Earth and engage in co-creation.
