Join us for a 90-minute guided meditation session led by a Buddhist monk. Open to all ages and experience levels. This is not a religious event.

Cost: Free (all our events are funded 100% by donations)

Participants will explore:

  • Breathing Meditation – Reduce stress and build focus
  • Loving-Kindness (Metta) – Cultivate compassion and emotional balance
  • Impermanence Meditation – Observe thoughts and emotions with ease

The session includes short guided meditations and simple explanations you can apply in daily life.

Cushions and chairs provided. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment.
