I’m so excited to invite you to Meditate and Mingle! I’m hosting an evening of meditation and connection on Thursday November 13th from 7pm-8:30pm at my office.


We’ll have some light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available. After some time to connect and settle in we’ll do a max meditation from 7:15-8pm. Max Meditation was developed by Gudni Gudnason. It consists of relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization, and returning to regular consciousness. It is great for both beginner and advanced meditators.


I would love to have you there, and I invite you to bring a friend or two who you think I should meet! 10 spots available :)
