This is an informal Medicare information event where you can speak with licensed agents, learn about different plan options, and connect with local insurance carriers and medical groups. It’s a great opportunity to get your questions answered in a relaxed setting.

Yes! The event is completely free and open to the public.

Anyone with questions about Medicare is welcome—whether you're already enrolled, turning 65 soon, helping a parent or family member, or just exploring your options. We welcome caregivers, and language support will be available in Hmong and Spanish. Additional language support may also be available.

If you'd like assistance in Hmong, Spanish, or Vietnamese, just ask for one of our multilingual team members at the event—we're here to help make Medicare easier to understand.

Walk-ins are welcome, but RSVPs help us prepare. Register here or text (916) 702-7194. The event runs from 9 AM to 12 PM, but you’re free to stop by anytime—no need to stay the whole time.

Bring your Medicare card (if you have one), a list of your medications, and any questions you have about your current or future coverage. If you’re helping a family member, feel free to bring their info too.

Yes. There will be areas available for one-on-one conversations with a licensed agent like Txia McCowan, who can help you review your options privately and confidentially.
