2️⃣ Complete the intake form 24 hours in advance👇

3️⃣ Prepare the documents of the members:

• Government-issued ID.

• Medical plan/insurance cards.

• Contact information (name, phone, email) and property address.

• Lease or rental agreement.

• Proof of tenancy (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.).

• Any notices or documents relevant to the dispute (eviction notices, repair requests, payments).


👤People with no legal immigration status are welcome to receive these free services.

At mediation, both parties meet (in person or virtually, as arranged) with a trained mediator to engage in structured dialogue and negotiate a resolution🧑‍💼
