3️⃣ Prepare the documents of the members:
• Government-issued ID.
• Medical plan/insurance cards.
• Contact information (name, phone, email) and property address.
• Lease or rental agreement.
• Proof of tenancy (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.).
• Any notices or documents relevant to the dispute (eviction notices, repair requests, payments).
