MED Instead of Meds, Virtual (Zoom)

Interested in starting the Mediterranean Diet, but not sure where to start? The MED Instead of Meds class series will help you go Med by exploring simple steps to eating the Med way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med way every day.

6-Week Program, Tuesdays: May 20, 27; June 3, 10, 17 & 24, from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.

This class will be virtual and will have a cost of $10 per person. Includes recipe book and entry into a raffle for a chance to win a $25 gift card.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
