MCCS Okinawa- Family Advocacy program - Within My Reach 2026

Within My Reach is a 6-week interactive workshop that will teach multiple strategies to help improve on relationship skills and decision making. This workshop provides you with the resources to encourage strong and meaningful connections across various types of relationships. Workshop meets weekly and builds upon pervious weeks course materials.

A few topics discussed include healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, boundaries, intentional decision making, and different styles of communication.

Light breakfast refreshements will be provided!

Workshop dates are Wednesdays from 0830-1100 beginning on Feburay 18th and finishing on March 26th.

Weekly Workshop Schedule:

Week 1: The State Of Relationships Today, Healthy Relationships: What They Are and What Thay Aren't, Sliding vs. Deciding.

Week 2: Smart Love, Knowning Yourself First, Making Your Own Desisions

Week 3: Dangerous Patterns in Relationships, Where Conflict Begins, Smart Communication

Week 4: The Speaker Listener Technique, Infidelity, Distrust, and Forgiveness

Week 5: Commitment: Why it Matters to Adults and Children

Week 6: making the Tough Decisions, Reachig Into Your Future
