Participants attend 5 weekly, 90-minute face to face sessions that follow a video-based curriculum and include examples of everyday parenting interactions. The program also includes time for group discussions, activities, and skills practice.

Meeting dates: Each Tuesday, September 9 - October 7 , 1130 - 1300.

Open to SOFA personnel.

We do not provide childcare; however, you may bring your child/children to the workshop. Please, provide an activity for your child/children to engage in during the workshop.

What is I cannot attend all sessions of the workshop?

You may register for the workshop and request make-up session with the instructor.
