Guided by Gina Ruiz of Forest Bathing and Wellness, we'll explore forest bathing with an introduction to the practice, a sensory meditation (Pleasures of Presence), and tea under the trees. Sit spots and blankets will be provided for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own mat. Unwind, connect, and recharge in the serene beauty of Confluence Park along the San Antonio River.
