Lisa Gallagher, Chief Marketing Officer, Naväge® Nasal Care, RhinoSytems Inc.
Lisa Gallagher is an accomplished marketing leader with 25+ years of experience launching, growing, and revitalizing consumer brands in food, wellness, and healthcare. She has led teams at General Mills, McDonald’s, Hydrofarm, and Naväge, and consulted with many leading CPG companies to drive brand and business growth. Notable achievements include spearheading the launch of McCafé—now a $4B brand—for McDonald’s, and guiding founder-led brands through pivotal growth stages. Lisa earned her BS in Accounting from Indiana University, her MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan, and is a CPA. Beyond work, she is a lifelong bookworm and a passionate community volunteer, including serving as a Girl Scout leader. She lives in Hyde Park with her husband, two children, a rescued yellow lab, and a bossy calico cat.
Jesy Herron, VP of Client Partnerships, RESLV
Jesy Herron is Vice President of Client Partnerships at RESLV, a Cincinnati-based creative video agency, where she helps brands harness the power of storytelling to drive measurable business impact. With over 20 years of experience navigating the agency client relationship, Jesy has led partnerships across industries including healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and sports. She thrives on building collaborative relationships that turn clients into true partners, ensuring creative ideas are backed by strategy and execution. Jesy also hosts Rediscover Your Story, a podcast for marketers seeking fresh perspectives and inspiration.
Beth Hoskins, VP of Growth, Spicefire
Beth Hoskins is the Vice President of Growth at Spicefire, a brand consultancy in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine. With more than 20 years of experience helping organizations unlock brand and business potential, she has partnered with many of the world’s leading CPG and service brands across beauty, food & beverage, and healthcare. Beth is known for her strategic expertise, and the empathy she brings to every relationship. Whether guiding a team or building client partnerships, she cares deeply about people and is committed to making every project better than she found it.
Before joining Spicefire eight years ago, Beth spent much of her career at LPK, where she led the global agency team across four offices for the Always brand, driving design and strategy at scale. Her career has been shaped by a belief that collaboration fuels creativity—and by her joy in seeing teams thrive together.
Beth earned her BA in Creative Advertising from Southern Methodist University. She lives in East Hyde Park with her husband, their two high-school-aged children, and a giant Bernedoodle. Outside of work, she can often be found watching football or at book club enjoying a glass of sparkling wine.
