Maximizing DDD's HCBS Services Workshop

Arizona Lionhearts provides:

• Family and client advocacy in accessing and utilizing Arizona DDD and ALTCS services and private support services,
• In-home Habilitation for acquiring, improving, and retaining life skills,
• In-home Attendant Care for assistance with daily living and supervision, and
• In-home Respite for social activities reprieve for the natural caregiver.

Family and Sibling Support

• Arizona Lionhearts knows it can be tough on caregivers and siblings when living with someone with a developmental disability. We offer sibling groups, social activities and caregivers support groups. We know that we are stronger together.

Navigating Arizona's Support Services

• Arizona Lionhearts can assist you with any questions, concerns, or support you may need when navigating the DDD and ALTCS systems, private systems and other support services. Even if you have been denied in the past, Arizona Lionhearts can walk you through the process of applying for DDD and ALTCS.
