What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, bathing suit and towel. If you would like to deepen your practice consider bringing an eye mask, journal, and/or yoga bolster.

Do I need any experience with cold plunging?

No, all experience levels welcome.

Do I have to partake in the cold plunge?

Not at all. All parts of the event are voluntarily. You're not required to share, or breathe a certain way, or get in the ice bath. You get to choose.

Who should avoid or modify the breathwork practice?

This breathwork is not recommended for people with a history of epilepsy. If you are currently pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before attending and consider booking a private session.

What type of breathwork will we be practicing?

We will practice the fundamental practice of the Wim Hof Method. This involves doing structured pattern of deep, rhythmic breathing and breath retention.

Instructor: Scott Stone has been sharing breathwork since 2018. He is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Buteyko Breathwork coach and 200-hr tantric yoga teacher. He’s spent time working in corporate America, start-up tech, entrepreneurship and now working with clients from CEOs to stay-at-home moms. His events integrate movement, mindfulness, and meditative practices to invite humans back into the beauty, wonder and possibility of the present moment.
