At just 24, Lum has already made waves overseas with his emotionally rich, classically inspired works. He paints in the alla prima style — completing each piece in a single, expressive session with no sketches and no retakes. His portraits are raw, intimate, and hauntingly human.
Fresh from his Paris debut, Lum brings his breakout collection Down & Out to Texas for a rare two-day event, featuring:
- Live painting throughout the day
- Artist talks at 3 PM & 5 PM
- Select works from his Paris exhibition available for viewing and purchase
