What is a "Personalized Matrimonial Matchmaking Event": It is essentially a "Speed Dating Event" where individuals seeking a life partner can meet and interact with potential matches. At the scheduled date and time, participants gather at the venue. They are then paired for one-on-one conversations, where they have about 15 minutes to talk with each potential match. After each session, they are switched to the next match for another 15-minute conversation, continuing the process throughout the event. Throughout the event, participants have the opportunity to meet and interact with 10 to 15 potential matches within your age group.

How It Works

💡 1. Check-In & Welcome

• Arrive at the venue on time and head to the registration desk.
• You'll receive a name tag and a match card to keep track of your conversations.
• Once everyone checks in, we’ll do a quick welcome briefing to explain the format.

🌀 2. The Rotations Begin

• Each participant will be assigned a starting table.
• Once the event begins, you’ll have 10 minutes per round to chat with a potential match.
• A timer will indicate when it's time to wrap up your conversation.

🔔 3. Time’s Up! Time to Rotate

• At the sound of the bell/buzzer, the men will move to the next table, while the women stay seated.
• Don’t worry if you don’t get to talk to everyone—you’ll meet plenty of interesting people!

📝 4. Mark Your Interest

• After each round, take a quick moment to mark your match card:
  ✅ Yes – if you’d like to connect with the person again.
  ❌ No – if you don’t feel the connection.
• Be honest and go with your gut feeling!

☕ 5. Breaks & Social Time

• We’ll have a couple of short breaks to grab refreshments, relax, and mingle.

Tickets will NOT be sold at the door. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who arrives at the venue without purchasing a ticket online in advance. To ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for everyone, all participants must pre-register online.

Additional Information:

Ticket purchases must be made ONLY in the name of the candidate (s) who is attending the event. Candidates must attend the event.

The event will take place in the "Sri Krishna Kala Mandapam Hall" at the temple. Please note that only registered participants will be allowed inside the hall during the event. Any accompanying parents or friends will be asked to wait outside the hall.

Please note, you may be photographed or video recorded during the event . By joining the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, and permission to use the material for advertising or other purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A refund will be issued if you email us a cancellation request at least 4 days before the event date. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests made during the last 4 days before the event. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
