We're happy to be back at Music for a While, which is an escape for every music lover- a place where time stands still and memories are made. For those who haven't been, it's an impeccably designed vinyl themed listening bar, with an awesome dance floor. One of the most unique places in NYC.

About Matinée

Love to party, but also love a good night’s rest? (Looking at you millennials 👀)With Matinée, you can have both.It’s a “night time” dance party that lets you have a wild night out…and be home by 11pm.

The party starts early, peaks at 8, over at 10. Oh and we serve pizza around 7:30pm to give you a second wind.

The Matinée Mission

Nightlife pretty much only caters to 20 somethings. Matinée wants to change that.

We’re working to create a space where our fellow Millennials (and beyond) can step away from adult responsibilities and let loose for a while – creating memories with old friends and hopefully make some new ones.
