No. Both the grades will participate in the same quiz in both the subjects.

What is the level of the quizzes? Will they be very difficult?

Both the math and the science quizzes will have some challenge factor to them. In brief, they wont be very easy, but not extremely difficult as well. The questions will be at grade level, but a challenging grade level.

Will my child be able to join the quiz if we are a bit late?

No, the quizzes will start at the designated time, and the participant wont be able to join once the questions start. To be safe, all participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to allow check in time.

What will be included in science quiz?

Science quiz will be heavy on core subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

What will the participants receive for taking part in this event?

Accepted Answer

All participants will receive a participation certificate each. Winners from each quiz (Math and Science) will receive a trophy each (from Mathnasium in Math; and from Counsel Academy in Science). The winners will be featured in the social media and newsletters of both the organizations.

There will be no refunds to the registration fee.

Can a participant take part in both Math and Science Quizzes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they can participate in both, or individual quizzes. The registration fees for individual quizzes is $35, for both is $60

My child is a rising 7th grader. Can he/she/they join in?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. An student who is still in 5th or 6th grade during summer can participate.
