Join My Mat Pilates Class!
I’m a personal trainer with over seven years of experience, having built my business around women-only strength and conditioning. Heavy lifting shaped my foundation however Pilates transformed how I move, breathe, and connect to my body.
Through Pilates, I’ve improved my posture, strengthened my core, and developed a deeper awareness of breathwork, mobility, joint health, and flexibility, areas that strength training alone doesn’t always address. Breath is central to every movement, helping connect the mind, body, and soul while moving with intention and control.
As I begin my Pilates certification journey, I’m offering trial classes as a way to grow my own practice while introducing others to the benefits of Pilates as a powerful complement to strength training. These classes are designed to help you move with purpose, build stability, and support longevity in your body.
This experience is for women and men who want to feel strong, aligned, and deeply connected to how they move inside and out.
