Join Angelica Janik as she guides you through specific techniques aimed at mastering your nervous system and cultivating a sense of balance and resilience.
About the Experience:
An experienced facilitator with over 15 years in the wellness industry will guide you through a combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation. You'll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system and enhance your overall well-being, which you can take home and practice.

What are Angelica Credentials/ Experience?:
- Over 1000 hours as a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Rishikesh, India - Since 2009.
- Completed Level I of Kundalini Yoga at the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico - 2018.
- Completed Bhava Spandana Program (BSP) and Shoonya at the ISHA Foundation of Inner Sciences - 2016 & 2023.
- Participated in two 12-day Vipassana experiences - 2012 & 2014.
- Certified CranioSacral-1 Clinician - 2015
- Holds an B.A. in Psychology - 2022
- Completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology - 2024.
- Since Summer 2025, Angelica has been working as a Provisional Psychologist in Calgary, AB.
Frequently asked questions
Upon arrival, yes, you will need to sign off on a release form in order to participate - as done prior to any yoga/fitness and meditation class.
Parking is available onsite and the community hall doors will be opened just after 8:00 pm. You're welcome to search for the community hall on Google to familiarize yourself with the building's exterior and avoid any confusion when you come for the event.
This event is intended for adults aged 18+ If a minor is present, an adult must provide consent by signing their waiver. Currently, children are not permitted to attend the event or occupy the space.
Food is not permitted on the premises. Water bottles will not be provided; please bring your own and tap water will be the option on site.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable.
Following the event's conclusion at 9:30 pm, there will be a short Q&A session for attendees who wish to participate, either individually or as a group. Any additional questions before or after the event can be emailed to book@angelicajanik.com
