In this interactive workshop, agents will dive deep into the art and science of strategic pricing. Working in small groups, you’ll analyze real market data to determine the most accurate list price for a property, just like you would in the real world. Using tools such as MLS reports, comparable sales, and market trends, you’ll collaborate, debate, and refine your pricing approach.

Each group will then present their findings to the class, explaining their pricing rationale and strategy for positioning the home in the market. By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with greater confidence in your ability to interpret data, communicate value to clients, and price properties to sell.
