Each month, you’ll embark on a sensory journey sampling a curated selection of exquisite Far Leaves teas, guided by Brad Lebowitz, tea enthusiast and Far Leaves staff for over 25 years.
Discover the history, culture, and craftsmanship behind each tea, as you learn the secrets to brewing the perfect cup; via primarily the Chinese gongfu cha method of preparation. This casual event will cover essential techniques, from selecting quality leaves to mastering steeping times and temperatures, ensuring you can recreate the experience at home.
