About this event

Business • Non Profit

Leading teams often means juggling innovation with execution. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore practical project management skills that help leaders delegate effectively, manage projects with or without direct staff, and balance the push for innovation with the need for accountability.

Through engaging discussions and breakout group activities, participants will walk away with tools for strengthening their project planning and follow-through, plus strategies for bringing others along in the process.

Attendees should be prepared to participate on camera and actively engage in discussions and breakout room activities.

Community Resource Exchange has collaborated with nonprofits of all sizes around the world since 1979 to drive meaningful change in communities around the world. They offer nonprofits the strategic guidance and training they need to grow stronger, reach further, and dream bigger.
