This course takes agents through an in-depth look at the TREC 1-4 Family Residential Contract and commonly used addendums, with a strong emphasis on protecting your client and your commission.
Agents will gain clarity on how to write and explain each section of the contract, when and how to use the correct addenda, and how to confidently present compensation expectations—including when working with builders, sellers, and buyers. This course also covers strategies to minimize risk and maximize income while remaining compliant with TREC and brokerage guidelines.
