Ellen is a Growth Marketing Manager at Reflect Digital, a behavioural science-led performance agency and part of the Human First Collective.
She specialises in account management, working closely with clients to lead strategy, build strong partnerships, and deliver campaigns rooted in real human insight. From heritage brands like Hornby Hobbies to charities like Christian Aid, Ellen brings clarity, energy, and action to every relationship. Outside the day job, she founded Yes Meet Up , a growing community for in person events for under-35s in marketing and media, championing a more inclusive and sociable way to connect the next generation of creatives.
