Mastering Brittco Forms: A Step-by-Step Guide

OVERVIEW:
Join us for a hands-on session exploring the full functionality of Brittco Forms—from design basics to advanced customization. Participants will learn how to create, modify, and optimize forms to meet both internal and external needs, using tools like text fields, dropdowns, tables, repeaters, and more. We’ll walk through step-by-step examples, discuss best practices for layout and workflows, and highlight powerful features like conditional options and automated form tagging. By the end of this session, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to build efficient, user-friendly forms that streamline your organization’s data collection and documentation processes.
Session Outcomes:
1. Understand the Purpose and Functionality of Brittco Forms – Participants will be able to identify how forms are used internally and externally, and when to create custom forms versus using existing templates.
2. Build and Customize Form Fields – Participants will learn to create and configure various field types, including text, selection, date/time, table, and repeater fields.
3. Design Effective Form Layouts – Participants will demonstrate how to organize fields, adjust layout settings, and apply conditional options to improve usability and data accuracy.
4. Apply Advanced Features and Workflows – Participants will explore how to use advanced tools such as tags, dynamic fields, signatures, attachments, and automated workflows.
5. Troubleshoot and Optimize Forms for Efficiency – Participants will gain the skills to review, edit, and streamline existing forms for clarity, functionality, and compliance.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
LaTisha (Tish) is Assistant Director of Services & Supports for the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She was born and raised in Lancaster. After finishing her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, she returned to Lancaster and began her career with Fairfield DD. She started as a job coach before moving on to be an ISC and eventually a Services & Supports Supervisor. Outside of work she’s currently wrapping up her master’s of public administration from Ohio University while also receiving an honorary doctorate in dinosaurs from her 4yr old son.
APPROVED FOR 2 CPDU HOUR THROUGH THE Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities for the following positions: County Board Member,Service Support Administration, Business Manager and Superintendent.
