Join us for a fun and informative event at The Curly Hair Salon in New Haven, CT, USA. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned curly hair stylist, this in-person and virtual workshop is perfect for you! With over 7 years experince, our curl expert Susie Baez, will be teaching you about all things curls! On a live model, you will be learn consultation, choosing the right products, styling curls for definition and/or volume, and more. There will be Q&A at the end.

I cannot attend in person. Is there a virtual option?

Yes, you can attend the event virtually.

Is this a hands-on class?

This is not a hands-on class. This is a look & learn format.

Do I have to be a licensed cosmetologist to attend this event.

It is preferred that you be licensed, however since this event does not involve cutting hair, non-licensed stylists may attend.

Is there parking?

Yes! There is parking in the back of the building.

Will there be refunds?

There will not be refunds. However, there will be a video replay of the event in case something happens, and you cannot make it.

Will there be food?

This is a short session. There will not be food. There are nearby restaurants that we can recommend.

Can I bring a friend?

If your friend has purchased a ticket, they are more than welcome to join.

What curl type will be used for demonstration?

I don't have a model yet, however it will definitely be someone with type 3 or 4 curls: not wavy, not super tight.
