What is your refund policy?

The cancellation deadline is September 11, 2025. Requests must be made by email by to receive a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations after September 11. Not attending does not constitute cancellation.

Is the location accessible?

Yes. The NAIC building is inclusively designed and can accommodate wheelchairs and motorized equipment; video presentations will include captioning. Accommodations must be requested on the registration form no later than September 11.

What food options will be available?
