During this day you will be introduced to massage in an accessible and practical way. Step by step, you will learn the basic techniques so that by the end you can give a relaxing massage yourself. There is plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and receive personal guidance from our experienced trainers.

The event takes place at a central location that is easy to reach by both car and public transport. Parking is available nearby. The space is comfortably arranged, with everything you need to learn in a pleasant and professional environment.

We provide coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. Just bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. All materials you need during the training will be provided.
