Mass Somatic Event

On the closing day of the 20 Questions celebration we push back the exhibition architecture and clear the floor. Grisha Coleman will lead us in an Awareness Through Movement lesson (The Feldenkrais Method®), a shared kinesthetic study. How does direct internal sensory experience become a way of directing attention to foster growth and healing? What can we uncover about how our individual somatic understanding of the body’s intelligence supports collective political and social re-imagining? No movement or dance training required.

Featuring opening and closing performances by Shaw Pong Liu on the violin and sound bowls.
