Marrow + Iron Fish Distillery Dinner

Iron Fish Distillery will release approximately 60 cases of Ice Storm Whiskey, a very limited-edition spirit created in partnership with the Michigan Maple Syrup Association. This dinner features a four-course pairing dinner with Iron Fish Distillery spirits. The dinner features local ingredients and flavors inspired by Iron Fish spirits as well as Michigan maple syrup. The dinner ticket includes four courses and 20% gratuity. You are encouraged to add on the drink pairing to enjoy Iron Fish-based drinks prepared by our talented bar manager.

Iron Fish will be on site to talk about their beverages. The partnership between Iron Fish and the Michigan Maple Syrup Association supports maple syrup producers who were severely impacted by the March 2025 ice storm, which caused the loss of over 100,000 sugar maples and nearly a third of the state's crop. The Association has established a relief fund and a GoFundMe page, which Iron Fish will widely promote during the whiskey release and related events.

A % of proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Association.
