CURVEBUILDING WORKSHOP SERIES
Learn new toning movements for the gym and home every month
Exercises, tips & tricks for working out the entire body. Exercises are inspired by those from Brazilian gyms and beaches as well as leading NYC boutique studios.
This is the ideal event for both those that are unsure of what to do in the gym and the more athletic that are getting bored and ready for some new, creative moves.
Each workshop will feature 12 -14 exercises and a mix of equipment, weights and bodyweight. No two workshops are alike! Aside from the glorious, sweaty workout, you'll learn how to do each exercise just right - including how to regress (make it easier) or progress (make it harder.)
All those who attend the workshop will also get access to a video library of every workshp exercise & 2 week exercise program to put the lessons to the test!
MARCH "BELLY, BALLS & WALLS" WORKSHOP
Time to give the abs & arms some love! As important as the lower body but often neglected, a strong core + upper body will allow you to move faster, get deeper into total body movements & give some major guns to sport in summer tank tops. Of course, there will be some glute work as per usual!
In this workshop, you'll learn key ab exercises, new ways to use the bosu ball & medicine ball, as well as interesting combinations to do with just a chair and a wall. Join us...the abs, guns & buns are waiting!
