Before the session, participants are encouraged to complete the Genogram Worksheet (provided upon registration) to gather key information about their family members and relationships. This preparatory step will help deepen reflection and make the most of our time together.

What should I expect from this workshop?

You should expect to use art materials to create a genogram in a creative, visual format, learn how to interpret your family map through the lens of attachment and trauma, and identify inherited strengths, beliefs, and patterns that shape your story.
