About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

In this YPR Academy, participants will learn how to use asset mapping as a powerful tool to identify, connect, and mobilize existing strengths within the underserved communities, particularly those impacted by substance use disorders. Rather than focusing solely on deficits or needs, asset mapping highlights the people, places, and resources that already support recovery and resilience.

This session is designed for staff, chapter leaders, and volunteers committed to advancing health equity at YPR by grounding our work in community-centered strategies. Together, we will explore how asset-based approaches can build stronger local partnerships, improve program impact, and foster trust in historically marginalized communities.
