Get ready to tap into your inner lumberjack and learn the sweet art of maple syrup making at our hands-on workshop with Stockton University!

Join us at the Community Center on Saturday, January 24th from 10-2, for a Maple Syrup Workshop & Tree Tapping Event. Learn from Stockton Maple Project lead, Lindsey Brown, how to identify and tap a maple tree, how to store sap before boiling it into a syrup and how to bottle your syrup. Volunteer to support Merchantville's Maple Project. This is the 2nd year that Incredible Edible Merchantville is partnering with Stockton University to nurture environmental stewardship as a hub for the Stockton University Maple Project. Come learn about the sap to syrup process at this free, family friendly event. Adopt-a-tree on a street in our town or in your own yard to join in the FUN!
