Question 3

What if I want to purchase this workshop set for a loved one for a birthday or gift holiday?

Accepted Answer

Giving the gift of a premium personal growth experience is an act of love. If you purchase the Early Bird Commitment Pass for a loved one for a birthday or gift holiday before 12/31/2025, you may add on a wrapped gift box with a certificate for all eight workshops and some self care items.

What if I miss the January 3, 2026 cut off date to purchase the eight workshop bundles? ?

There's an option for that, too! The Choose Your Connection pass allows you to purchase a set of four or six workshops of your choosing for a reduced rate. If you are unable to purchase the whole set, you can purchase either four or six of the remaining workshops for a reduced fee.

Why commit to all eight workshops if I can get four workshops at a reduced rate later?

Accepted Answer

We expect that time will increase interest in this workshop series. There are only 50 seats per workshop in 2026. The more time folks have to reflect on the series, and the more word of mouth spreads following the first workshop, the more quickly the tickets will sell out. Earlier is better.

What if I want to attend all eight workshops AND I want to bring a different person for each one?

There is an option for that! The Full Series Partnership Bundle includes all 8 sessions for one identified participant and a person of their choosing for each workshop. The ticket follows one identified participant who may then present with the most appropriate companion for each workshop.

Question 7

What if I get sick or cannot make one of the scheduled workshops? Are there refunds?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, because you are purchasing the full set of workshops, we cannot issue you a partial refund for each individual workshop. If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate your need.

Question 8

Six hours is a long time. Should I bring lunch?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes lunch -ordered at registration.  A boxed lunch from Hope Valley Catering comes with a choice of side, a cookie or brownie, condiments and sweet or unsweetened tea. Additionally, there will be coffee (regular and decaffeinated), hot tea, and iced water throughout the day.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan lunch and snack options?

Yes, you can choose your meal with your workshop registration. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be provided.

Is this location compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Conference Center at NC BioTech has wheelchair-accessible tables, an elevator, ADA compliant bathrooms.

Question 11

Are there quiet spaces I might go to if I need to regulate my nervous system?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The Conference Center at NC Biotech hosts only one event on Saturdays. Subsequently, there will be space outside of the event space and in the main lobby to sit in the relative quiet to regulate your nervous system. Additionally, there is a lovely garden outside of the building.
