During the intake session, participants will:
- Receive a full overview of the training experience
- Begin registration for both the NIWC-sponsored online training and the OSHA 10 certification
About the Program - 8-week sponsored online training Delivered through the Tooling SME platform, hosted by Daley College
- Pathway to Employment Participants who complete the program will be eligible for hiring consideration with local employers
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification In-person safety training aligned with industry standards
What to Expect from the Program
- An OSHA 10 Certification + Earned credit for our Occupational Safety Course
- Eight-week schedule with sessions held twice per week
- Hybrid learning model: online coursework plus in-person certification
- Collaborative, cohort-based learning environment
- Support and guidance throughout your training and employment pathway
