Manolo Reyes Pool Adaptive Aquatics - March 30- April 03 (Ages 6-13)
Overview
Adaptive Aquatics program will help them gain life-saving water safety skills and learn to have fun in the water.
Classes will be every Saturday, starting on Saturday April 04 through Saturday May 16, 2026.
This program is designed for participants with varying conditions being considered. Many individuals can benefit from adaptive aquatics lessons, which are an excellent choice for swimmers with specific conditions. This includes individuals who could make faster progress if they were taught in a way that puts them at ease with an adapted approach, considering how they learn best.
Adaptive Aquatics lessons can be helpful for children with the following conditions but not limited to:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD
• Angelman’s Syndrome
• Anxiety
• Auditory Processing Disorder
• Balance Disorders
• Brain Injury
• Cerebral Palsy (CP)
• Chromosomal Abnormalities
• Down Syndrome (DS)
• Fragile X Syndrome
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Motor incoordination
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• Rett Syndrome
• Scoliosis
• Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
• Speech Delay
• Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
• Spinal Muscle Atrophy (SMA)
• Stroke
• Williams Syndrome
GETTING STARTED:
It's important to note that only one registration per participant is allowed for the adaptive aquatics program. Any duplicate registrations will be removed from the system. The program operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so once the capacity is full, you will need to wait for the next available class.
Registration opens March 30, 2026, at 6:00AM and closed, April 03, 2026, before 12:00PM.
Reserve your spot via Eventbrite, bring the reservation ticket to Manolo Reyes Park Aquatic Facility.
Payment is DUE by Friday, April 03, 2026, before 12:00pm.
Classes begin April 04, 2026.
