If you haven’t experienced breathwork yet, this is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and tap into the wisdom of your breath. This guided journey supports the release of old patterns and limiting beliefs, helps calm the nervous system, and opens space to reconnect with your inner truth.
✨ New Moon Intention Setting
The New Moon is a potent time for turning inward and setting clear intentions for the new year and lunar cycle ahead. After our breathwork journey, we’ll move into a ritual with time for journaling, reflection, and quiet meditation.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and align your energy with the fresh possibilities of a new year and a new lunar cycle.
The entire experience is done in Savasana - movement is optional.
I’ll guide you through the whole journey, all you need to do is show up and relax! No experience needed.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen. And bring all the cozy things as well - blankets, pillows and/or eye mask if you prefer. I will have extra eye masks, if requested.
