Mandala Creation: Exploring the Subconscious Through Symbol, Meditation and Art

Join us for a visual arts workshop rooted in Carl Jung’s work with mandals as symbolic expressions of the self. We’ll begin with a brief talk on Jungian theory and the power of symbolic imagery, followed by guided meditation and hands-on mandala creation. Inviting creativity, insight, and personal transformation! No art experience needed; just curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner world.

What material will be provided?

All material will be provided, including a 7x7 inch canvas, oil pastels, acrylic paint parkers, and drawing pencils. Everything will be available at your station. You'll leave the workshop with your completed mandala artwork.
