No yoga mat needed, this sound bath takes place on actual beds in our showroom! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a light blanket if that helps you relax even more. We’ve got the rest covered.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 6:00 PM , come early to settle in and get comfortable. The sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive before then to preserve the relaxing atmosphere. Late entry may not be permitted.

Will food or drinks be provided?

We’ll have light refreshments and water available. You're also welcome to bring your own water bottle.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes. This event is for guests 21 and older. Please do not bring children or infants, as we aim to keep the space calm and quiet for all attendees.

During the holiday season, it’s more important than ever to give yourself the chance to restore, receive, and nourish yourself. Susan will weave the sounds of the gong, Alchemy crystal bowls, vocal tones, and other elemental sounds into the experience while you rest and receive.
