Through the use of the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), identify their personal conflict styles and explore the advantages and limitations of various conflict resolution strategies. By the end of the session, they will be better equipped to handle conflicts constructively, improving interactions between individuals and within teams.
